The simple and one-word answer to this question is yes. The new laws have definitely made getting married in the UAE for unexpectant mothers a lot easier. However the process is still complex; especially for couples of different nationality or religion.

Plus if you are pregnant with a baby; its definitely not advisable to be running around and and taking all that stress because let’s be honest the paperwork in the UAE by itself could take a couple of months.

The marriage certificate issued by the Civil Status office of Seychelles is a legal document and is valid worldwide but before leaving the country, please ensure that the marriage certificates are apostil by the Seychelles Supreme Court and further be issued with a letter of Authentication by the Seychelles Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
